• An-Nasaih ad-Diniyyah – Imam al-Haddad, author of The Book of Assistance, The Two Treatises and Gifts for the Seeker, based this book on Imam al-Ghazalis Ihya Ulum al-Deen. It follows the structure of Ihya and is written in a simple and easily accessible style. Sidi Mustafa al-Badawi relates the following:

The comtemporary grand-mufti of Syria [of Imam Haddad time] was heard to say in the sacred presinct in Makka. “There is no man on earth today more learned than Sayyid Abdallah al-Haddad. His book al-Nasaih should be read by everyone.”
